For faster triage, include the run link, project name, environment, and a short description of what you expected versus what happened.

Include this
  • Run URL or failing test URL from Sentinel
  • Project name and environment where it happened
  • What you expected to see and what actually happened
  • Error message, screenshot, or trace details if you already have them
What to expect

Email support is monitored directly during the beta.

If the issue is related to failed uploads, AI summaries, or Playwright reporter behavior, mention that explicitly in the subject line.

If you are evaluating Sentinel for rollout, include your repo or CI setup so the response can be more concrete.
