Terms of Service

These terms describe acceptable use, content standards, moderation, subscriptions, intended use, and the limitations of the SentinelQA service.

Effective date: March 18, 2026

Overview

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SentinelQA, including the website, cloud dashboard, APIs, CI integrations, uploads, AI features, support channels, and related services. By using SentinelQA, you agree to these terms.

If you use SentinelQA on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account or organization, including activity by invited users and CI systems using your tokens.

You must promptly notify us if you believe your account, credentials, or ingest tokens have been compromised.

Permitted Use

SentinelQA is intended for software development, testing, CI debugging, and related internal engineering workflows. You may use the service to upload and analyze test artifacts, run metadata, and related debugging context that you are authorized to submit.

You may not use SentinelQA in violation of law, third-party rights, export controls, or contractual obligations.

Content Standards and Moderation

You may not upload, transmit, or otherwise submit content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, malicious, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or designed to interfere with the security or integrity of the service.

You may not use SentinelQA to store or process malware, credential dumps, secrets harvested without authorization, or high-risk regulated data unless we have expressly agreed in writing to support that use case.

We may investigate suspected violations, remove or restrict access to content, suspend uploads, rotate or revoke tokens, suspend accounts, or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, our users, or third parties.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to SentinelQA. You grant us a limited right to host, process, copy, transmit, analyze, and display that content as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights and permissions needed to submit your content, including CI artifacts, logs, screenshots, traces, and any personal or confidential information included in them.

AI Features and Service Limitations

AI-generated summaries, diagnoses, and recommendations are provided for debugging assistance only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific environment. You are responsible for reviewing output before acting on it.

SentinelQA is not intended to replace professional judgment, incident response procedures, or legal, compliance, medical, financial, or safety-critical review.

Third-Party Services

Certain SentinelQA features rely on third-party services such as cloud hosting, databases, object storage, identity providers, billing providers, email delivery providers, analytics, bot-protection tools, monitoring providers, and AI providers. Availability of some features may depend on those services.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

Subscriptions and Fees

Paid features may require a subscription. Fees, billing intervals, trial terms, and usage limits are presented at signup or in your account settings. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may suspend or limit paid features for failed payment, expired trials, or overage-related operational controls.

Availability and Changes

SentinelQA may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Beta or preview features may have additional instability, reduced support, or limited functionality.

Termination

You may stop using SentinelQA at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that could harm SentinelQA or others.

Disclaimers

SentinelQA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SentinelQA and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amounts paid by you to SentinelQA for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
