Start with `@sentinelqa/playwright-reporter`, keep your normal `npx playwright test` command, and generate a free hosted debugging report for every run. If you want everything to stay local, enable offline mode. Connect Sentinel Cloud later if you want workspace ownership and run history.

No S3 required — Sentinel Storage works out of the box. Bring Your Own S3 is optional.

Offline

`SENTINEL_MODE=offline`. Sentinel generates a local HTML report and skips uploads.

Free Hosted

No `SENTINEL_TOKEN`. Sentinel uploads to a hosted public debugging page and prints a shareable link.

Cloud Connected

`SENTINEL_TOKEN` set. Sentinel uploads directly into your workspace with history and deeper intelligence.
